I don't now if this feature is already present in the current release of KDE 4.4, however I maked some research and I think that is not present in current releases.

In my hopinion Calendars in Korganizer should have a personalized Time Zome since some action can be given in a different local time (especially calendars that arn't of propriety of the user).

I have some read only online calendar that use Central Time, even if I currently use Greenwech Time.

If users have the possibility to fix (and shift) calendars Times to match them with the current time zone Selected.
