The UI is too obscure or too smart. It is suitable for computer geek but not for average person. There should be such buttons (explicitly) as "add person" and "delete person".

For adding there is even no visual equivalent, for delete there is "-" sign created on-fly, which causes problem when you think how to delete an item (and there is no "-" sign yet).

So please add those buttons, usability matters.
