When entering a new transaction with a payee which already had some transactions in the past, a window opens, which should show details of past transactions to be able to select one of those as template for the new transaction.
The details shown in Version 3.98.0 are only two columns, first emppty, secound always the amount 0.

Works again in 3.98.1
