k3b system notifications does not play wav files from start to finish.
Ex. k3b_success1.wav does not play completely.  You only hear about 2 or 3 seconds of the wav file.  If I convert the the k3b system notifications wav files to ogg format, the entire sound file plays.

I'm experiencing it also but only on Phonon-Xine backend. With Phonon-Gstreamer the whole sound is played.
Redirecting this bug to Phonon...

I just installed "phonon-backend-gstreamer" and I still can't play wav files completely in k3b.  I even rebooted. I'm going to just use the converted ogg files in the meantime.
