Installed from:    Compiled sources

- Launch Kmail
- Click on 'New' button
- Go to Message menu/Insert File...

This could suggest that you can add any kind of file you wish whereas it only works with text files so I suggest to modifify the label into: Insert Text File.

This way it will be less confusing for the user.

It is corrected now.

The new label for this functionality is now: 'Insert Text File...'
