Description spiroo 2010-05-10 22:20:16 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When downloaded a ISO-8859-1 encoded file through Kopete and then trying to open, delete, rename the file it tells me the file doesn't exist but it actually does. The only way to remove it because I couldn't change permissions on it was to do "sudo rm *.doc" to remove the Windows Office document. The expected behaviour is that Dolphin should support more than utf-8 encoded filenames as GNU/Linux.

Can you open/delete/rename the file from the shell?
