Sentry Crash Report:

Description Alexandre Racine 2010-05-09 22:38:51 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

When using DrKonqi (Kontact crash and then launch the crash reporter) I used my usual credentials for bugs.kde.org and it says login failed.

I went to my account on bugs.kde.org, changed my password to removed the "^" and then the credentials where working.

So either the website should not give password with special caracters, or the crash reporter should be able to send them.

I used copy and paste to log in to the website, and for the crash reporter. The website was login, but not the crash reporter.

That's with Ubuntu 10.04 by the way...

Can't reproduce using KDE SC 4.10 .

I just change my password to contain '^' as the first letter, and drkonqi has no problem with logging using that new password.

Feel free to reopen if the problem still exist in recent versions.
