Version:           1.0 (using 4.4.3 (KDE 4.4.3), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.32-22-generic

In the KDE Resources module of System Settings, the top-most button on the right (the one above "Remove") has no label.  I think it should be "New".  My locale is en_GB "United Kingdom"

Using KDE without any installed languages I get "Add..." there, so it really looks like a problem with the translations.
