Fiscal year in Ledgers reverts to calendar year; no obvious way to adjust this.

Fiscal year should be preserved from 1.0.4
Plus means to edit fiscal year in Accounts dialogue

The fiscal year is a per-user setting, not stored in the file, and the settings are not ported from 1.x to the KDE4 version. 

This was done on purpose to allow both versions to run concurrently. There may some undesired side-effects, but it's not that hard to change that in the settings.
