On a brand new KDE 4.2.2 with all default settings, the System Notification Helper has half a line of text cut off. See screenshot.

If you create a new bug using https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi instead of the wizard you'll be less inclined to forget your attachment, since it can be part of the initial bug report.

I didn't forget them, Konqueror is crashing:
