When using rekonq for editing map data at the given address, the panels can not be moved. They are movable with Chromium and with Firefox. As it is, they're not workable.
I'm actually wondering why Chromium, which is webkit based as well, has no problems at all. Is the problem lying with the javascript engine that rekonq uses?

could you make a screenshot of those panels? I can't seem to be able to  find them^^
