Hej Hendrik, for some reason, which I can't figure out from the output, the mysql daemon could not be started on your system. Since I use Debian unstable myself and the database auto-setup works without problems, it looks like a configuration problem on your system. Can you update KDE to 4.4.5 please to make sure you do not hit a bug that has been already fixed? I'll close the bug report for now, feel free to reopen it if you can reproduce the problem with a current KDE version. Ciao, Tobias |
