It would be nice if knode supported .newsrc not only
would this provide compatability with other
newsreaders but it would alow the scheme like I
use for reading news both at home and at work
copying the .newsrc file back and forward.

This wishlist item is over 3 years old, what's the status? 
Is would be nice if this is going to be implemented, keeping up the UNIX philosophy of being compatible with other programs and centralising all user settings per task.
