Description M G Berberich 2010-04-22 12:53:25 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

The Qt-guys decided to change the way they computer baseline-skips and the additional 1-pixel-leading between lines vanished, see:

http://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qt/commit/04d18b38c38c5ff623b30366ea08d56128b9b7d0

Readability in konsole decreased drastically, especially with the “standard“-font DejaVu Sans Mono. So there should be a configuration-option for leading (in percent of font-size) in konsole.

I'm wondering if nokia has mess it up, because in the past there was no vertical gap between box-drawing-characters, which one would expect as the result of additional leading. This could mean leading-calculation was right in the past und is broken now.
