Steps to reproduce:
1) Open remote folder via FTP; 
2) Drag'n'drop file to some local folder.
Operation returns error:
421 Refusing connection. No more connections allowed from your IP.

Expected Behaviour:
I should be able to use Dolphin to get files from remote FTP servers.
