1-Dropdown buttons for paper format & measure system are beyond right edge of window, in spite of vast whitespace between current selections and buttons.

2-Samples don't fit in vertical space, in spite of vast whitespace directly above.

This is a follow-up to bug 234943 which might should be a meta-bug that depends on this.

Even though here the window is considerably wider than default, the buttons are barely visible.

Even with still more window widening, time format does not fit space provided.

I'm rewriting the kcm in SC 4.6 which should fix this issue.
