Version:            (using KDE 4.4.2)
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

I set webkitkpart as default for html. when it is used in tabs with pages in akregator, options back forward are disabled. In akregator bar as well as in page context menu. 

When i change page to e.g. pdf in okular kpart there is button to go back to previous page (displayed by webkit kpart)

I not sure is it webkitkpart or akregator bug.
