on that site in every node there are scrollbar near every comment. rekonq, arora and other browsers render that good

now i'm using kde from debian experimental repositories, but that bug there was in 4.3.* packages too

I do not see that here, but I am using QtWebKit 2.0 so that might be the difference. See the attached screenshot. It works fine in all the browsers you mentioned above as well as konqueror + khtml.
