Disabled components of Kdetoys shouldnt build their documentation.
For example when i add -DBUILD_KTEATIME=off to the build script,
the documentation of the application that is not gonna be included shouldnt be part of the resulting package.

This bug should be fixed by mlaurent in revision 1032552 [1] 6 months ago. If not, please reopen.
