Disabled components of Kdepim shouldnt build their documentation.
For example when i add -DBUILD_KMAIL=off to the build script,
the documentation of the application that is not gonna be included shouldnt be part of the resulting package.

Nothing to fix, that was done months ago in kdepim. (r936026)
