Disabled components of Kdebase shouldnt build their documentation.
For example when i add -DBUILD_DOLPHIN=off to the build script,
the documentation of the application that is not gonna be included shouldnt be part of the resulting package.

This is invalid cause kdebase components cant be disabled during build time.
