Description Rolf Eike Beer 2010-04-11 10:54:15 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

I was trying to adjust my spam filter to one recent spam run and couldn't get the expression to match. What KMail showed as part of the body was:

<img title="language UNIX company Deep eukaryotic recent Vicky" alt="Click to browse our shop&apss page" height="340"

The raw message was slightly different:

<img title="language UNIX company Deep eukaryotic recent Vicky" alt="Click to browse our shop's page" height="340"

So I assume someone tried to recode ' to ' and failed.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
