Compiler:          gcc

I have the exact same template on both Reply-to-sender and Reply-to-all in "Settings - Configure Kmail - Standard templates":

The problem is, if the incoming mail has multiple recipients, I get a different result if I Reply-to-sender or Reply-to-all.

1)Reply to sender 
(cursor is correctly placed on top of quote as requested):

From: <sender's email>
To: recipient1, recipient2, recipient3
Cc: 
Subject: ytytytytytytyty

2)Reply to all 
(cursor is placed below quoted text, as in the default template, ignoring the current template in Settings):

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
