Duplicate of Bug 231219 - Memory leak when using multiple jabber accounts https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=231219 I also posted this on bug #231219 : Same happens here, memory usage just starts climbing from the get-go - after < 1 hour, I have kopete using 180 mb memory, and if I leave it on over night, it consumes all available memory and grinds everything to a halt (mainly because of memory swapping) I have two jabber accounts (gmail and facebook), and an msn account active. This is using kde 4.5 packages on kubuntu. Dear Bug Submitter, This bug has been stagnant for a long time. Could you help us out and re-test if the bug is valid in the latest version? I am setting the status to NEEDSINFO pending your response, please change the Status back to REPORTED when you respond. Thank you for helping us make KDE software even better for everyone! MSN has been discontinued by Microsoft, thus I am closing this bug. |
