KMail should remember the startup folder, but sometimes fails to do so.

I have an IMAP account and Local Folders, and somehow, this never works for folders in the "Local Folders" tree.

Works now. I think laurent's recent changes along with my previous specialcollections work has made this more reliable. closing for now.
