The message viewer can not load the plugins in kdepim/plugins.
At least the diff plugin doesn't work.

I get the following error on the console:
PluginLoaderBase::openLibrary: No plugin library named " "message_viewer_bodypartformatter_text_xdiff" " was found!

Fix name of library, so this plugin is found again
