On every Kontact start the Akonadi error report appears (see akonadi.pre). But, if I wait some seconds leaving the error window opened, the entries which were errors turn to success entries (see akonadi.post).

I use the system MySQL service, not a local started instance.

Sometimes, instead it only complains that there were errors in a previous startup (see Akonadi.prev)

is this problem still reproducable with a recent version of KDE (e.g. 4.4.4)?
