My konsole in Kubuntu lucid beta 1 (KDE 4.4.2) eats the last letter of each directory, see screenshot attached.

Is this still a problem?
If so, have you verified that e.g. "xterm" does not behave in the same way?

I would guess that it is related to your shell setup, not Konsole.
Why should console handle directories different from other output?

Daniel: I don't have a kde box around atm, so I cannot test. Good you looked at it, from your comment it seems that you don't have this problem. But I did, see screenshot. Why konsole would do that? I don't know.

Btw, I used zsh shell and can attach my .zshrc. I noticed you set the bug to "worksforme", but I really think it's a bug in konsole since other terminal emulators don't have this problem.

Sorry, I cannot test this at the moment, I don't have the computer with me right now. It could be that I changed the font to Consolas or Droid mono.
