Version:            (using KDE 4.4.2)

This happens every time I start since upgrading to KDE 4.4.2.

Okay, It was a MySQL issue. Deleting .config/akonadi and .local/share/akonadi fixed the issue. Not sure 100% what Caused it but, that seemed to solve the issue for now.
