This wish has been copied over from http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=575834 and has been verified to still apply to KDE SC 4.4.2

There is no way in knotes to disable spellchecking for all notes (probably
in Options). I can only disable spellchecking for one single note.

I'm closing this bug since I couldn't reproduce it with knotes 4.4.10.
