When creating a ToDo with an attachment while using kolab as a backend, 
the attachment is NOT uploaded by IMAP, but rather only included as a 
link to the file.

In a scenario of multisite access and especially a real groupware setting 
with multiple attendees of a ToDo, this is at least inconvenient.

Attachments are stored inline if included as inline attachment.
