The crash is caused by the STasks widget. Please, recompile/update it. Regards It has nothing to do with stask widget because i dont have stask widget on my panel. I`m using the classical task manager. I`ve also tried several time to add yawp to panel and even to system tray. When i add yawp on the system tray through system tray settings - plasma widget - check yawp then click on.. nothing happens. If i go back to system tray settings - plasma widget the yawp is not checked. When i try to add yawp directly to panel sometimes it is adding a error icon and when i move the mouse over it it says: Unable to add widget. Could not find requested component yaWP. Offcourse yawp is installed (ver. 0.3.2-3.1) Things that i`ve already tried: - removed plasma* from .kde/share/config. - removed .kde folder entirely. 1) The crash is related to the STasks widget (according to the backtrace..): Thread 1 (Thread 0xb5346980 (LWP 16026)): [KCrash Handler] #6 0xa6a492c7 in TaskManager::Task::window() const () from /usr/lib/libtaskmanager.so.4 #7 0xa6a5b3ad in TaskManager::TaskItem::winIds() const () from /usr/lib/libtaskmanager.so.4 #8 0xa302cd85 in STasksTask::STasksTask(TaskManager::AbstractGroupableItem*, QObject*, STasksApplet*) () from /usr/lib/kde4/plasma_applet_stasks.so "/usr/lib/kde4/plasma_applet_stasks.so" 2) If you get a message like "Unable to add widget. Could not find requested component yaWP." there is probably an installation issue. Try reinstalling the yawp package and run "kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental" on Konsole. Then restart your KDE session and try again. Regards *** Bug 237659 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
