Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.31.12-0.2-desktop

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download Android book PDF from site http://bibliothek.to/ebook-computer/android-grundlagen-und-programmierung/

Direct link to file as of today: http://www.dpunkt.de/ebooks_pdf/free/3436.pdf

2. Thumbnails appears correctly in Dolphin

3. When viewed in Okular, a big "?" KDE icon appears overlayed on the red dotted text box on the front page, making it impossible to read the text below it.

The big ? is a overlay annotation icon we could not find so we paint the ? icon, Okular handling of annotation needs improvements but there's no manpower to fix them so this is probably going to stay this way for quite a long time.

Link is not accessible anymore so can't test if the latest fixes in annotations have fixed it or not so I'm closing the bug. If you happen to have it available somewhere please attach it to the bug and reopen it.
