In the Address Books window I cannot select more than one address book at the same time. This makes it a little cumbersome to find people when I do not know exactly "where they are".

Example: at work we have LDAP, but those entries only contain a minimum of information like name, mail and phone number. For most colleagues a also have an extra entry containing extra fields like mobile, home address, home email, etc. With the current setup I constantly have to switch address books when searching for information.
