Video of the behavour http://www.mediafire.com/file/z3mn5zr2ozn/konqueror_strange.ogv Test case: - Search for something in google (using the google search bar from konq-plugins) - After the search is done sometimes the "search suggestions" menu doesn't go away, or if you type a word and press Enter really fast the "search suggestions" menu appears *after* the search is done, i.e. after you press Enter. this means that in this case when the user clicks a link from the search results, for the first time, nothing happens as the first click makes a "search suggestions" menu disappear, then the next click works as expected. Tested with the KDE 4.4.1 live cd from OpenSUSE from http://home.kde.org/~kdelive/ and I was able to replicate the problem. This was caused by an issue in kdelibs that has been resolved for KDE 4.6.5 and up. |
