Hello,

the OpenGL Viewer Kipi plugin is one of the fastest ways to view a whole album after the transfer from the memory card.

I'd be glad if it could be used to presort the images and select images for deletion (out of focus, wrong exposure etc).

To speed things up it would be very practical to be able to assign 0-5 stars via STRG-0 to STRG-5 and add a custom tag "marked for deletion" by pressing "d" or some other key. After a decision is made the next image should automatically be displayed.

This would allow to sort images quickly after a shooting.

digiKam preview or image editor, or lighttable, or slideshow, or presentation tool use the same engine to rate or tag image. You can use GUI or keyboard shortcuts.Use it instead OpenGL image viewer tool which is obsolete now.
