Version:           1.0.0 (using 4.4.1 (KDE 4.4.1), Gentoo)
Compiler:          i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.33-gentoo

Policies "Manual" and "Always" work as expected, but in "Opportunistic" mode, otr sessions are not initiated, even if kopete is used on both sides.

Still present in kde-4.4.2.
