Crash inside libGL, not a KDE bug. (In reply to comment #1) > Crash inside libGL, not a KDE bug. Where do I have to file this bug then? Depends on your graphics driver. Generally, libGL is part of Mesa, so the bug tracker would be http://bugzilla.freedesktop.org/ If you use NVIDIA binary driver, that driver ships its own version of libGL, so you have to report to NVIDIA forums. I don't know about the ATI binary driver, it may also replace that library. (In reply to comment #3) > Depends on your graphics driver. I don't know about the ATI binary driver, > it may also replace that library. I'm using Intel integrated graphics card (Intel GMA 4500MHD) with the Intel driver, so none of the above mentioned matches. How do I proceed now? As I said, it is part of Mesa, so report to the Xorg project at freedesktop.org. Created attachment 42662 [details]

Using fglrx (8.723//10.4) from the repos, everytime I want to open System Settings, it crashes... Can be reproduced every time... Also the fglrx package from the ubuntu developers doesn't install right, (no glx) also the package can't be removed because of an error, that the package is called fglrx and xorg-driver-fglrx (tries to store the libGL.so.1.2 and gets some kind of diversion error), so in 9.10 proprietary drivers worked great but now all pre and post installation scripts return errors...
