System activity: Invalid CPU value (see screenshot)

what i have done before this:
1) have 3 Google Chrome window opened for some time
2) i closed all Chrome window
3) invalid value is schown (see screenshot)

this is problem with another app, but the invalid values of CPU are shown too.

Can't reproduce it using KDE SC 4.9.x. Is it still a problem for the reporter in recent versions?
