I do not want my laptop to instantly go to sleep when I close the lid because I
might want to open it shortly after. However, the suspend action wait delay,
which I set to 1 minute, in Settings > Advanced > Power Management > General
Settings is being ignored. When I close the lid, the laptop suspends instantly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdelibs-4.4.0-9.fc12.x86_64
kdebase-4.4.0-3.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set suspend action wait delay to 1 minute
2. close laptop lid
3.

Actual results:
Laptop instantly suspends.

Expected results:
Laptop waits 1 minute before suspending.
