Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

On my laptop, the "Get Hot New Stuff" window is always displayed partially obscured by the the plasma configuration panel. This means I always have to move the window to be able to work with it.

This is not the only case where some configuration dialog is partially obscured by the plasma configuration panel. I think the height of the configuration panel should be taken into consideration when displaying configuration dialogs and other windows.

Same behavior in KDE 4.5.1.
