Hi !

With a 32kb/s bitrate, music cracks and I can't listen it :(
I don't understand because, before I'm sure with Amarok 1.4 and 2.0, it was good.

Can you confirm this problem with your system ?

I'm under Ubuntu Karmic with puslaudio and phonon 0.2.60

Thanks

Amarok relies on phonon to play audio. I suggest you try the phonon Xine backend if you're using gstreamer. In any case, this is not an amarok bug.

I already use phonon Xine backend :/ (I think, because I went to settings > configure Amarok > playback > configure > backend > I have one thing : Xine)

Yionel, I think I already told you so on IRC: try without pulseaudio, use your sound card directly in the Phonon settings. Again, Amarok doesn't do sound, it lets Phonon handle it. Please address configuration issues to the forum or on IRC.
