Window that appears after pressing Ctrl + Esc does not refresh its process list. List does not change when sorted by cpu usage, memory usage. 

Processes that have been started after System Activity are not shown, for example if I start System Activity by pressing Ctrl + Esc and the start amarok, amarok will not be shown in process list.

System monitor does not have any of these problem and works just fine.

This should be fixed in 4.4.2 and 4.5
