Description Don Rhummy 2010-03-10 21:13:50 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: I Don't Know

I think it would be fantastic if KDE included a number of the 3D aspects from looking glass, such as:

* Adding notes, items to the back of an application's window
* Changing perspective angle of an app window
* Ability to change opacity of app window

Demo starts at about 2:30 min in: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXv8VlpoK_g

1) _could_ be possible, you just fake a different window at the same place, and use some flipping animation to swap the two
2) requires input redirection, which is not in Xorg yet
3) is already possible (check the right click menu on title bar)

Please use separate requests for each feature in the future.

given that the request combines various requests (some of them already implemented) I set as duplicate of the most fitting feature request.
