I have just voted for this bug. Actually, the two icons for "connecting" and "connected" are VERY similar. You need a magnifying glass to tell the one from the other. Christoph Pospiech I have found a workaround. Uninstall knetworkmanager and install 'plasmoind-networkmanagement'. I would still like to see this one fixed though. The monolithic knetworkmanager is unmantained, so it is very unlikely someone will fix that. The plasmoid is going to be the official networkmanagement tool for KDE. Can I close this bug? Yes, please go ahead and close it. I am very happy with the plasmoid. Thanks, -shishir |
