Version:           Version 3.96.1-svn1099195 (using KDE 4.3.5)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Compiled From Sources

After switching from List view to Tree view to Tabbed View, the left pane was incomplete (top missing).  Increasing the window size vertically the lower (new?) part of the window wasn't redrawn correctly.  Also, large black areas were left after other windows had overlaid.

I've fixed something related to an allocation problem that occurred while switching between view types that could also be causing these symptoms. Could you check if this is still happening with the latest SVN?
