Version:           2.3.3 (using 4.3.5 (KDE 4.3.5), 4.3.5-2.fc11 Fedora)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.30.10-105.2.16.fc11.i586

Konsole freezes for half a minute after closing a recently-opened tab (ssh session which is not yet logged in) using File->CloseTab

Oddly enough, this doesn't happen if the ssh session is already logged in, only when closing a session which is still at the password prompt.

The problem seems to no longer exist  in version 2.6.3
