Here is simple: there are some errors on pt_BR translations. Some "&" appear at interface.
When Dolphin is opened, we can see "I&nformações" (Informations panel), &Pastas (Folders panel title) and &Locais (Places panel title). This "&" must be removed.

recent pt_BR translation of dolphin.po in branch has no "&" in these strings, running dolphin in locale pt_BR in linux I see no "&" in these strings, only the unterscore as expected.

Windows problem?

I installed the Windows version but cannot confirm the bug, as seen on the screenshot.

Strange here... My Windows installation needed new install, I installed now and saw less errors. but see the image at right side bar at attached image, and "Places" bar: 

&Locais
i&nformações

The "&" appear there.

Hi,

New versions of Dolphin (I tested 4.8 in Win7) doesn't show panels labels anymore, so this bug doesn't make sense anymore.

But I think that the difference I and Saulo saw its due to Windows version (I post a screenshot from XP and Saulo from Seven)

Hi,

Sure. I tested on Windows 7 and version 4.8 
This places are not part of Dolphin anymore. Well the places are, but the titles not.
