Attachments: Change default protocol from fish to sftp.

Description Jonathan Liu 2010-03-03 04:06:32 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Compiler: GCC 4.4.3
OS: Linux
Installed from: Archlinux Packages

When browsing computers on the network using Dolphin, the default protocol when connecting to computers with SSH is fish. I think the default should be SFTP as it is more efficient and doesn't require a shell account on the remote computer. This would allow login to a chrooted SFTP account.

I just checked this using KDE SC 4.8 RC1. It now allows users to choose sftp(the default) or fish when adding network folder. So I think this report can be closed now.
