What I was doing when the application crashed:

Amarok doesn't work due to sound problem. When i click the Amarok icon KDE gives an error from notification tray. It says;

Phonon: KDE's Multimedia Library
The audio playback device PulseAudio does not work.
Failing back to HDA Intel (ALC883 Analog).

Then Amarok can not be start.

Please ask your distribution. If you are not using Gnome, you should not have Pulseaudio installed on Kubuntu
